Company reputation is an increasingly valuable (intangible) asset, critical to the growth and sustainability of a company, but once tarnished, the path back to some semblance of operational and revenue normalcy and consumer-stakeholder stature, is going to be a costly multi-year process.
For companies, becoming more intelligent and objective about risk is an important and necessary prelude to creating a ‘risk intelligent company culture’.
