Mr. attended the 'Transatlantic Intellectual Property Collaboration' conference at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce headquarters in Washington.  The conference focused on U.S. - E.U. cooperation on intellectual property protection and enforcement.  The two-day conference focused on cooperative anti-counterfeiting and piracy policies and re-enforcing U.S. and E.U. cooperation and was divided into U.S. and EU approaches to protecting IP and communicating the value of IP.

Mr. Moberly attended the 'Transatlantic IP Collaboration' conference at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce headquarters in Washington.  The two-day conference focused on 'U.S. and EU Approaches to Protecting Intellectual Property' and 'Communicating the Value of Intellectual Property'.   The conference served to re-enforce American and European cooperation and underscore the importance of IP rights and the continued fight against counterfeiting and piracy.

Mr. Moberly and Dr. Jongpil Cheon published their article in the January/February issue of Intellectual Asset Management' magazine titled 'Use Intangible Assets To Weather The Financial Crisis'.  Mr. Moberly and Dr. Cheon say that 'as economic and financial uncertainty persists in many parts of the world, now is the time for companies to harvest their intangibles, after all, they are often the real drivers of value, revenue, and overall sustainability'.
