Today’s language applied to the inevitability of cyber-attacks and cyber-warfare has blown right past language used to describe computer – IT system security breaches of the 1990’s.
Computer-IT security is obliged to reflect the contributory role, value, and materiality of intangible assets and adverse affects on brand, revenue, and value.
The development and use of LAWS is presumably intended to mitigate – favorably affect human’s – societies’ intangible senses – perceptions of risk, fear, and safety.
Cyber warfare – security language changing our perspective.
Cyber attacks designed to simultaneously take down and/or substantially disrupt multiple pillars of a targeted countries’ infrastructure, ala MAD – ‘mutually assured disruption’!
